Summary: Wernigrode is a lovely town. The staff in the hotel were great. The hotel was comfortable and the food was enjoyable. We had a great time.

Summary: Good family hotel with very good buffet breakfast (the coffee is amazing) and play area for the kids plus bunk beds which the kids loved. The staff is really friendly and provides you with tips and timetable for bus service, steam train etc. A bit out of the way of city centre but free parking and close to a bus stop Recommended 100%

Summary: This is a great hotel for a family vacation! Lots to do in the area and there is a buffet for breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in.

Summary: Amazing hotel friendly staff and excellent facilities, use of local swimming pool and excellent food with free drinks if you opt for the buffet which was great value for money. Hotel situated outside of centre but local bus service took 12 minutes to get to shops and restaurants so no problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The hotel is totally new, in a modern building. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The girl at the reception was very nice and gave us a gift for our daughter and answered to all our questions about local activities. We got also two "welcome cocktails" for free, that was a really nice touch. You can also use the close "water park" that's very nice if you have kids of any age. The only thing that left me with a small question mark is the "medieval castle theme" :) that I found quite weird compared with the modern look of the building :D They offer also a buffet (all you can eat/drink) for 17.50 that's really a reasonable price but the food was not really appealing so I decided to go eat somewhere else. But still I think is a good/cheap way of having a dinner

Summary: the only bad thing we got to mention is that the room was very warm in the summer because there is no aircon. but everything else is more than perfect.

Summary: Travelling from Italy to Denmark and needed a place to rest, but with activities for the children. This place was fantastic. Excellent hotel rooms, smiling and friendly staff and a lovely swimming area
